These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of The Auto Luxe Method program, website, and all associated materials, tools, templates, and resources (collectively, the "Program"). The Program is operated by The AutoLuxe Method Pty Ltd (ABN 89 697 293 628), an Australian proprietary limited company. By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase or access the Program.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and participate in this Program. By accessing the Program, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide during registration or purchase is accurate and complete.

Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to the Program materials as described at the time of sale. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. You may not share, sell, sublicense, reproduce, or distribute any Program content — in full or in part — without prior written consent from The AutoLuxe Method Pty Ltd.

We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if these terms are violated, without refund.

All content within the Program — including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, templates, calculators, checklists, playbooks, deal frameworks, and proprietary systems — is the intellectual property of The AutoLuxe Method Pty Ltd and is protected under applicable Australian copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You agree to use the Program for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable Australian laws and regulations. You must not:

• Share your login credentials or grant access to any third party
• Record, screen capture, or reproduce Program content for distribution
• Use Program materials to create a competing product or educational resource
• Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with or endorsed by The AutoLuxe Method Pty Ltd

The AutoLuxe Method Pty Ltd reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Program at any time. We may add or remove content, tools, or resources as the program evolves. Significant changes will be communicated to active members where reasonably practicable.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

The AutoLuxe Method Pty Ltd is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

We may collect the following personal information:

• Name and email address (provided during registration or waitlist signup)
• Payment information (processed securely via our third-party payment provider — we do not store card details)
• Usage data and engagement with Program content (for improvement purposes)

We stand behind the quality and depth of The Auto Luxe Method. If you have genuinely engaged with the Program within the first 14 days of purchase and cannot demonstrate any measurable progress, you may be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible, you must demonstrate that you have:

• Completed and engaged with the Program content in good faith
• Taken active steps to begin your licensing process in your state
• Actively researched or pursued deal opportunities within the Australian market
• Made genuine and diligent efforts to apply the systems and frameworks taught

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date and must include a written summary of the steps you have taken, content you have completed, and the specific challenges you encountered. We reserve the right to assess eligibility based on this information.

Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the full Program — including all video lessons, deal calculators, templates, checklists, playbooks, compliance kits, and private industry resources. Because this proprietary content is delivered in full at the point of purchase, a blanket no-questions-asked refund policy would not be appropriate or sustainable.

This conditional policy is deliberately designed to attract serious, committed participants — and to protect the value of the Program for everyone who engages with it earnestly. We are not interested in educating people who aren't committed to doing the work.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests made after 14 days of the original purchase date
• Requests where the participant cannot demonstrate genuine engagement with the Program content
• Change of mind after purchase
• Circumstances outside the Program's control (personal finances, market conditions, life events)
• Failure to apply the Program's systems without a documented attempt to do so

Please include your full name, purchase date, and a written summary of your engagement with the Program and the efforts you have made. Our team will review your submission and respond within 5 business days.

The Auto Luxe Method is an educational and informational program only. All content — including but not limited to lessons, templates, frameworks, strategies, case studies, and written materials — is provided for general educational and entertainment purposes. Nothing within this Program constitutes financial advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or any other form of professional advisory service.

The AutoLuxe Method Pty Ltd and its representatives are not licensed financial advisers, legal practitioners, or accountants. You should always seek independent, qualified professional advice before making any financial, legal, or business decisions.

The strategies, systems, and frameworks taught in The Auto Luxe Method are based on the real-world experience of Chris Khoury and The AutoLuxe Method Pty Ltd, and have produced results for a number of participants. However, individual results will vary and are dependent on a wide range of factors including — but not limited to — personal effort, prior knowledge, market conditions, capital available, geographic location, deal flow, timing, and the application of the systems taught.

No income, profit, or outcome is guaranteed. Any figures referenced in Program materials (such as $3,000–$10,000+ profit per vehicle) represent real examples from real transactions and are illustrative of what is possible — not a promise or prediction of what you will personally achieve.

You are solely responsible for all decisions you make as a result of engaging with this Program. The AutoLuxe Method Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any financial loss, legal consequence, or adverse outcome arising from your application of the information, strategies, or systems contained within the Program.

Before establishing any business or undertaking any commercial activity in the automotive industry, you should consult with appropriately qualified professionals including a registered accountant, business solicitor, and where relevant, your applicable state licensing authority.

The Program provides general guidance on dealer licensing requirements across Australian states and territories based on information available at the time of production. Licensing requirements are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to verify all current requirements with the relevant authority in your state or territory prior to commencing any licensed activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Australian law, The AutoLuxe Method Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in or use of the Program. Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to the Program.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), to the extent that those rights cannot be legally excluded. Where the ACL applies, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law — including, where applicable, the re-supply of the relevant service.
